NEXUS provides AI-powered productivity tools including, but not limited to, video summarization, resume feedback, and interactive storytelling platforms. Features and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services.

All content, branding, code, and materials on NEXUS platforms are the property of NEXUS AI Product Studio or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through our services (e.g., resumes, videos, prompts), you grant NEXUS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NEXUS does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEXUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination
